Insieme per mano has been created by a group of women. We were at the same time in the same place and we shared motivations and emotions: joy, pain and desire to do something for our neighbor. This is what an experience in Calcutta can arouse.

It was a journey that led us to the encounter with other humanitarian organizations and that highlighted the emergency situation of street children, a void to be filled. We found out that there are numerous centers for boys, few for girls: an easier reality that left aside the female universe and its potential, the desire of equal rights and opportunities for the future men and women.

Also upon this belief we created Insieme per mano - a group of Women for Women - and our projects: the RED FOUNDATION PROJECT in the slums of Dapha and the FAMILY HOUSE PROJECT for street girls. In this direction we will convey our energies and the resources we will be able to activate.
